The Senti-Metal Company Full 25-Year Warranty on Silver Replating Silver replating is warranted for 25 years against peeling, flaking or wearing off under normal use (excluding steel flatware). Silverplated items under warranty can be refinished free-of-charge when returned to the Senti-Metal Company. This warranty does not cover refinishing necessitated by mishandling, breakage, abuse, accident, tarnish or exposure to corrosive substances. THE WARRANTOR'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY TO REFINISHING ALONE AND DOES NOT INCLUDE LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
